Summer Day Camp Sleepovers
Sleepovers are a great opportunity for your child to bond with members of his or her group outside of the normal camp hours. The counselors will plan games and activities, sports, dinner, swimming, Sweet Shoppe Time, and sometimes a bonfire with a marshmallow roast. Middler camp groups offer a “Late Night” in lieu of a full sleepover which includes all the fun of a sleepover, but the campers go home at 9pm on Friday night rather than sleeping over.
Campers are supervised for the entire duration of the night. Parents with questions, concerns, and special requests are invited to speak to their camper’s counselor or manager during the week(s) preceding the event.
Sleepovers are open to all campers registered for that summer camp group during the summer - not just the ones attending that particular week. If your camper is not at camp that week, the parents should drop them off and sign them in through the car line.
Each camper needs a permission form to attend a sleepover or late night party. Sleepover/late night permission forms and the schedule are available in the Document Center of the registration portal. After completing the form, click "save" and a pdf of the form will be sent to you. Please print and sign this and turn in to the Registration Office. If your camper is not attending camp the week of the sleepover/late night we will add the charge to your account after we receive the permission slip. Sleepovers are an additional $20.00 per camper and a late night party is an additional $15.00 per camper to cover the cost of food and supervision.
